Default 95 gs not starting

Can't get my 95 eclipse gs to turn over. Noticed it starting to bog down when starting last week(it's my daily driver). Went to start it last night, have full power(tech checked battery & alternator & both are good), clutch pushed in, won't start/turn over. At a tech ' s suggestion, disconnected the clutch safety switch to bypass it, & that still didn't work. any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! !

put it in neutral, put a wrench on the crank pulley and try turning it by hand.

if its seized youre looking at a rebuild. The causes are many. Google it.

If it isnt seized its likely a starter issue or shot clutch. Youll have to try bump starting it. Only if it isnt seized.

well, no.
That just means it isnt seized.
Try a flying hot lead to the starter. If it works, its the ign relay circuit, if not, then go ahead and get a starter. The old one can be rebuilt.

More testing. Less part swapping. Thats a damned odd habit with you yanks
