My 99 Ecplise is having lighting issues, My running lights dont work. And nether do my dash lights. My turn signal lights and brake lights work fine. I changed a bad brake light and now this happened. I checked all the fuses and the only bad one was the Tail light Avertis thing (15 amp) I changed it and when i went to turn the running lights on I saw the fuse pop. Do i Have a short? Or something else? Where should i look?
