Default 99 gs won't start

The car sat for three years. I replaced the battery, flushed the fuel system. and she fired right up. I drove her daily for three months. I drove for 150 miles stoped for gas. tried to start it and it started and then died. fired right back up. drove it for 10 min. and then parked it for the night. Was then hard to start. but would eventually start. Now it is dead. Cranks but will not fire. I replaced, spark plugs, wires, coil, fuel pump, fuel filter. checked the relays, and fueses. Going to check crank position as soon as I'm done here. No trouble codes, and tester says its fine. Only mods are, intake and exhaust. but they are not new. Ran with them before. The only other thing I did was run two wires through the gromit on the drivers side kick panel. I did this the night befor it died but I dont think I did anything to bump or pull wires. but is there any wiring in that area that would cause this? Any other ideas before I do the un-thinkable, pay someone else to work on my car. The thought of that makes me sick.

you might just be getting accessive parasidic drain. with the car off, unhook your negative battery cable, and hook up a multimeter between the terminal and the cable and see how many amps your system is drawing. it should read less then 50 milliamps, if its anymore then that, that could be the source of your problem.

I ran the wires for a underbody neon kit. didn't finish the install because this problem started. wires go to/from nothing. I'm at wit's end with this one. I'm looking for that shot in the dark. like your tire preassure is too low, so the car won't start kind of thing. I've tried the usual things. Starter fluid, check for spark. I put a volt meter on the fuel pump and i get voltage at the on position and then the relay clicks and then the voltage drops to 0. so i have power there. and just to be clear on this the power and ground for the fuel pump is to and from the same side leeds. not left to right and right to left. the after market pump had me switch to a different pig tail. and the new aftermarket had me use the factory pigtail which is in san diego and im in LA.
