The only thing I could think of to see lean conditions would be the AFR guage.. Maybe a wideband AFR... Just cuz they're more accurate..

I said from the begining the running it lean will cause the red glow. I know NESpeeds 1G GSX would do that at the track after 19PSI hard pulls on only a fuel pump and c16 it was running lean and it would glow. But You said you were on stock boost so unless his injectors are dead or his pump isnt suppling pressure IDK if it is lean.

14B, stock turbo. my aftermarket boost gauge reds 1.5 bar. so idk. but it ranges. it idles at 700, and it feels so bad outta 1st gear that its like if i launched it at 4.5 its a normal take off. also after second n third its cool. first gear seems to kill my engine though, when i hit the clutch in 1st it dies on me. idk why. they mustve done somthing cause it wasnt like that before. then it back fires at 4.5 if i Punch it, other wise if i slowly ease into the gas, i can go as far as i want. idk.

HOLYYYYYYYYYYYYY 1.5bars is a prblem that is over 23PSI!!!!!! If you are pulling that much boost then that is your problem

whoa wait. the aftermarket gauge has three things. 10, 20, and 30. its between the 10 and 20. i might be mistaken. lol sorry

well 1bar = 14.7PSI what kind of gauge d o you have???
