Hey guys, I am almost done installing my Big16G turbo. I just have one question. I have stock fuel system now... and yes I am not going to run it over 14psi... for now. But I was wandering what I should do to tune it up to 10psi. Should I just lower my manual boost controller all the way (like turn it counterclockwise all the way)?

 

You're going to have to play with the MBC and see where it's set and adjust accordingly. Remember you won't get a true reading of boost level until you're driving under load.

 

Thats true, but I was wandering how I am going to play with it, because I am afraid it might be set up to high to begin with. So should I just set the manual boost controller really low to begin with?

Yep, start at the bottom and work your way up....IMO

 

You can turn it all the way down but you wont be able to get it to 10psi becuase a MBC will not go lower than your stock boost.

im not sure, but doesnt the 16g have 12psi stock? well thats what my gauge was reading.
