So today I was driving with the radio on. Then I got annoyed and turned the radio off. The antenna started to go down...but then it made a loud buzzing noise. I looked back and saw that it was stuck and couldn't go down. So okay...I think it's just stuck on something. Later I opened up the inside compartment in the trunk to check it out. And the white plastic belt is lose. Could that be the problem? And how do I even begin to fix this?! I'm not going to take the entire rear fender off. I'm wishing there is some alternative method that I could do. If anyone has experienced this problem in the past as well, please let me know. And I don't mind losing the radio.

 

well yea, that belt being loose should be the problem lol.. and ihave never fixed it, but i would assume that there should be a panel inside the truck you can pull off to get to it..
