I think the opinion is based on how much you love driving. Those who don't, gets automatic. Those who do, gets manual. Just an opionion...don't flame me lol. But then again...I have automatic, but I am very into my car. But that's because I didn't have a choice.

I can't imagin driving anything other then a stick. Unless im married and own a mini van then i guess i would have to. You have way better conrtol over you car with a stick. I live in chicago and there is traffic all the time . It dosent bother me! aslong as im in gear i can idel it in to 1st so kinda the same as with auto. you have a foot holding either the brake (auto) or the clutch.

Plus its more fun to drive stick!!!

I dont even know why they make turbos, auto????

 

OH plus... I valet my car the other day and when I went to get it with my girl. The guy had to call back and asked to sent someone who drove stick. My girl started laughing at him when he can back. Just a thought!

 

i almost always fall asleep when im driving my brothers auto mirage, i own a 99 rs manual and man am i awake when i change to 3rd on the freeway and hear my muffler roar :P
