Default blown 420a
So I blew the motor for my 98 RS and I was considering going for the turbo 4g63.. Worth it? And if so, what will I need?

It wont fit. Either sell it or find another 420a engine.

whenever you make a profile, you should have to check a box stating that you are aware that a 4g63 will not fit in place of a 420a in the hopes that it will eliminate this question.

LOL they face the opposite ways and it just doenst work my friend. u can go the turbo420a method. some say its just as good, some hate it. :shrug:

Its probably easier to swap in the evo 8/9 engine. Someone on dsmtalk did a write up, I'll try to dig it up.

when i had my 420a car i was looking at that scratching my chin. what tranny do u use tho?

Evo trans but you have to make a block off plate for the transfercase. Also custom axles.
