you need to keep your BOV as a recirculating BOV. if you change it to an atmospheric BOV and keep the MAS/MAF in the stock position, you WILL have problems.
I dun know about that... but then again my mas is on the intake manifold.

As it very well should be due to the fact that that would be where Mitsu put them. I think the point was that you'd have to move tit to compensate for the fact that you'll be sending the BOV to atmosphere instead of to the intake like the ECU is expecting.

Yes you can do it if you want that sound, but you will lose performance and kill your o2 sensors quick. for 1, that air gets blown off instead of heading back into the turbo, so not only does the turbo lose spinning momentum (which means it takes longer for your turbo to spool back up between shifts and you are slower) but the ecu already thinks that air was supposed to go into the engine, so it injects too much fuel, you runs rich for a second, waste gas, and wear out your o2 sensor.
