Default BOV's?

I've been looking at bov's. I don't want anything too loud, I've kinda been looking at the apex twin chamber, anyone have any opnions on this or others? Also I still have the stock intercooler piping so I'd need an adpater.

Oh yea...If you don't want loud then don't go with most of the aftermarket units out there....they are obsessively loud....I know my HKS SS is loud as hell....I'd highly recommend the 1st Gen. BOV also....it holds quite alot of boost by itself

Make sure you also get one that recirculates because it can cause a lot of problems if it does not dump back into your intake.

hmmm, that sounds like a good option, so no one has had experience with the twin chamber? It says you can adjust the sound. I like the sound and all but I think it would get old after a while if it was too loud.

What would be the best choice for a stock turbo and manifold? And I am not very good with engines..so ,would I have to have someone install it for me or could I do it myself? Also, I would be going with an aftermarket piece cause I want some noise. [sm=smokin.gif]

greddy and hks sound really good they both work good to. its better to just change your upper intercooler pipe when you do get one. what ever one you go with just make sure you get that flange on the upper intercooler pipe for that bov. they are real easy to put on you can do it.

Dude, if you bought a turbocharged car, and you dont like the sound of it blowing off...just sell it, you dont deserve it. I've got a G-Reddy type-S on my GST, and my buddy and i both have the HKS -SuperSequential, on mine a stealth r/t TT, and my buddy has a 300zx TT...loud as ****; turn heads everywhere u go...be proud to have a turbo, get a loud BOV!

Oh, and also like 96AWD said...change ur intercooler piping; its good for the flow of boost to your manifold; a hell of a lot better then your stock plastic tubes; and also it makes for a better fit for your BOV, which wil reduce, or eliminate boost leaks...
