Default Buying advice
I have to option of buying a '98 eclipse. It has the dash taken apart along with the center councel. There is a crack in the front bumper and 2 flat tires. 800 bucks and it's mine. What do you think?

Does it even RUN?? I'd say talk him down to like $500 then go as high as $600 LOL.
