Car importing

Has anyone heard of www.turbovisions.com , they claim to be able to import cars kind of cheap (inventory) list. Does anyone knows any?

the last guy I kknow to try it ended up haveing to put a large Down payment and then months went buy and no car ever came. I think for the most part these things try and scam you
