Default Car turns over, but won't start

Hey guys, so I just bought a used 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. I bought it cheap knowing it wasn't running, but all the extras on it are worth more than I paid, so I figured I would work on it and see if I can get it running.

The dealership I bought it from told me when they first got the car, it started and would run for a few minutes, then stalls out. They replaced the PCM, and told me all it needs is to be flashed. Long story short, I towed it to a Mitsubishi dealership and they said the PCM was preflashed, and even if it wasn't, the car would still be able to start. The car is so low to the ground (2" lowering springs and body kit) they couldnt even get it into their garage because of a lip in the concrete driving in. Without really looking at it in depth, they said it sounds like I need a new Crank Position Sensor. Does this sound like it could be the problem? If not, what else should I look for? I know the obvious...Fuses, Relay Switches, ect. but not sure what else to look for. Also, where is the Crank Position Sensor location on this car? I'm fairly limited on tools and knowledge, but just want to know if there is anything I should be looking for. I know its not the battery or starter because it does turn over, just wont start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...Thanks guys!!!
