93eclipse... you talkin to me? if so i appreciate the site and block suggestion but 2350????? i can compltetly rebuild my bottom end for basically half that price, i can rebuild my block and trani for that much. but thanks anyways.

the 2900 is made mainly for track use mostly because of how hard it shifts... you can put it into your daily driver but... i'd get a neckbrace first lol

When do you know that your clutch is about to out on you? What happens, and how can you tell its about to go out?

it will start to feel really soft when you press it, sometimes it might be hard to get it into gear. I know with me, the main thing that gave it away is when i really floored the car, the clutch would just slip and the rpm's would just rev up high.

You know when the revs are climbing and the car dosnt feel all that powerful and when you lift off the gas the revs will drop back. Also... stick your face under your front right wheel arch and if you smell something burning then its your clutch.

clutch burn smell doesnt mean that the car needs a new clutch. Unless you mean for him to smell right after the slipping, in that case you should be able to smell it from the drivers seat
