actually i did know about that, never thought to eliminate that switch tho... i actually know a lil more then you'd think.. =) but thanks for all the help, me doin my own clutch was def a good learning experience. i like to have **** go wrong sometimes.. so i know how to fix it later orwuteve.. but anyways, i will let you know how all that stuff goes.thanks again!

Is resurfacing the same as having the flywheel turned?????

If the clutch did have a pilot bearing/bushing you should change it. What can happen if you do not is with a fair amount of wear, the bushing will wear big and the input shaft will have play in it, if it is a bearing, the needle bearings can eventually come out and be a problem. Bushings are usualy bronze for this type of application if it has one. Also, there is a bearing/bushing removal tool that would make it easy. Did anyone verify if there is such a part for this application?
