Default Clutch problem??

New here with a question. My friend has a 96 turbo eclipse with a sticking clutch. the slave cyl was replaced a year ago. I have to put fluid in it every couple days and cannot find any leak. when the level gets low the pedal sticks close to the floor and has to be pulled up. any ideas on the hidden leak or a common problem area? Thanks guys...

I'll bet if you looked under the DS dash and pulled the carpet back where the clutch pedal depresses the clutch master at the firewall you'd see where the fuid was going. Take look and get back to us.

I did that first and found nothing at all. That's why I am stumped. Thanks for the reply...

Does the clutch have a vacuum assist such as a power brake would have?

when slave goes bad it usually causes the master to go bad too. replace both at the same time. You may have air in your lines. Bleed the lines better.
