I haven't heard anything "bad" about them.
Btw, bouncy springs can also mean wrong shock choice. If you used aftermarket springs with stock shocks, then it's no surprise that you bounce. Even aftermarket direct replacements shocks won't allow the springs to bounce too much. Springs are supposed to bounce, the shocks are what limit its compression and decompression. FYI, without shocks, all springs will bounce a car. Of course spring rates are and should be considered too. Stock rates are good if you don't lower the car below and around 1.5", after that you should definitely start raising the spring rates (to keep the wheels from hitting the wheel well).

BTW, those spring rates are fine, but they will give you a really rough ride and you will hate them if you're looking for a ride close to stock. I have 600/600 SkunkII coilovers with AGX shocks and my ride is great for me and my son loves it too, but my wife hates it, lol.
Oh yeah, this is on a Dodge Avenger with a GSX swap. So to give you an idea, 600/600 is perfect for my car because it is slightly heavier than an Eclipse GSX and even heavier than a RS/GS because of the drivetrain and possible extra options such as a sunroof.
