not if you have a tool that can do the job. All your doing is cutting a peice of pipe wether it be plastic or metal

simple hack saw would do the job and make sure you can cut decently first before you hack up a good intake pipe. lol

I have an '09 eclipse and I can only find one company that makes an intake for my model (InJen).I was wondering if you know anything about it?

anything about injen? they are one of the top companies in intakes. If it is authentic then it will be a perfect fit.

i have a short ram intake from injen on my 96 eclipse perfect fit and easily installation, i would reccomend injen over any other intake company, ive seen other people use off brand intake and actually have to bend the tube or cut it in some way to get a "decent" fit. think of it like you would anything else, you get what you pay for. ebay kits may sound appealing for those 10-20 dollar kits, but they can end up doing more harm than good and be a pain in the *** so much that you put the stock intake back on
