Hey people, its not the spring and the WD40 didnt work very well. It is the bushing from what it sounds and looks like. Hopefully that rubber bushing didnt break or crack and just needs grease. I really dont feel like taking it apart to replace it. Thanks for the options though, looks like I found the little problem...Ill let you guys know how it turns out after I re-grease it.

 

The bushing for something like that is likely a plastic or rubber and as it dries and is worn it tends to crack and start squeeking. You may not have a choice than to replace the bushing. Or live with the noise...
