The mechanical waste gate on the turbo system that i am installing has two pneumatic fitting located on the top of it. One i understand goes to the pressure side of the turbo that over comes the spring rate of the waste gate and diverts exaust gas to the down pipe avoiding the turbo. I need to know what the second fitting is used for and also where to splice in the mechanical boost control valve.

Anyone know the optimal place to tap into an oil line to supply oil to the turbo and return it to the system. If the return is back to the pan is there a name of the fitting that taps into the pan the kit must be missing it.
