why do cat-back exhausts costs so much? i have to sell my guitar to get one.. by the way anyone want to buy a gibson les paul???

They cost alot because you are paying for quality when you buying from greddy or HKS. They are all mandrel bent 3" which alot of shops wont even be able to do. And for ease of install because it will bolt right up without any issues. And then of course performance, the mandrel bent is the only way you want to buy them, and the less the bends the better also, which most of the high end companies have spent time perfecting and giving the best flow possible. Thats why alot of the times youll see the exhaust come out at and angle, because that reduces the bends.

Also how old is the guitar, any pics. My father has a couple of them, i might bring it up to him and see if hes interested.

1 this isn't the place to sell things 2 cat backs are probably so expensive because anybody who is serious about performance has to have one... high demand = high price. btw don't go cheap on the exhaust either, what i mean is don't go with some no-name exhaust brand from ebay... it may look all pretty and the same as any other but trust me they sound like crap
