Just to anybody that was wondering if I fixed my idle. I have finally fixed it! I did some looking around and found that the TPS might have made me throw a p0505 code. So I called my local Mitsu dealer and they confirmed that as well. So they went about telling me how if the throttle stop is not telling the puter that my foot is off the gas the IAC will not turn on. After I changed that my idle came down dramatically then all I had to do is adjust my throttle cable since I had messed with it before I found the TPS problem.
