AWD>FWD

FWD is gay. AWD gets traction no tire spining and better for conrers

FWD has better top end since the AWD drags after 50MPH. basically that means from aa 50-100MPH race GST vs GSX the FWD car will win by a little bit. 0-100 AWD will win by alot

Ive heard of transfer cases breaking on hard awd launches. Ive have also heard that something was recalled on the awd because it locked up causing loss of control. But awd has better traction.

The T case is fine. The EVO T case breaks. the Trannys on either are a weak point other than that no problem beside crank walking

ok i think im going with the GS-T because its cheaper and AWD seems complicated, now my other question is SRT-4 my friend was thinking about getting one and i want to know how much off the GS-T is from the srt and what parts i could get so i could hang with them?

Stock for stock in order to keep up with one you're going to need a boost gauge, mbc (if you're going gst, i would suggest motor mounts to help with the wheel hop), and some good tires with a wider profile than stock (preferably 225) should do ya. I'm not gauranteeing a win, but I driven both and just giving my personal opinion.
