HELP PLEASE! 97 GS-T TURBO PROBLEM?

Besides if the BISS isn't the problem then adjusting it will only mask the true problem slightly but it'll still be there. You have to fix the true problem not use other things to try to compensate. You may be able to get it to stop stalling but it likely won't be good for the engine and the problem will only come back later. Check and clean the ISC. If it's idling fine then it's not the BISS though saying that it's idling at 1-1.5K RPM... Is that warmed up? If the engine is warmed and idling at 1-1.5K the your BISS is set too high already. Your idle should be siting around 800 RPM when the engine is warmed up. The 1-1.5K RPM should be only to warm the engine.
