Not enough for you to notice it... The 2.0 N/A auto's are doggy anyways... I test drove one once and I thing I could have pushed it faster...

What kind of rims did you put on it?.. If they were bling bling.. they are probably heavy as hell.. that and the auto does suck for acceleration.

The auto is infact slower then the stick (not all cars at like this though) The intake can give you an expected 7-10 hp which will help it pick up a bit faster.

I would really like to see a dyno sheet that says an intake will give a non-turbo eclipse 7-10 more horsepower, unless you are talking about at the crank, which MIGHT be believable at 7hp but I still doubt it. You won't be able to feel the difference in a cold air intake unless its REALLY bitterly cold outside. I really notice a difference in power from my intake when the temp is about 15 degrees fahrenheit here in Cincinnati, makes driving more fun!

If the intake doesn't give your car noticeable power, it will still make it sound better. They give the engine a nice throaty sound to em.

I just got a 5 speed RS today after trading my automatic RS and the auto had a CAI on it and I can tell a huge difference in the acceleration.Even with the CAI the auto was a whole lot slower than the stick.

Auto's are ALWAYS slower than sticks. A CAI you'll feel a little difference but you'll DEFINATELY feel more difference with a bigger exhaust.
