ergh. Well i know one dude that got one with really crap welds and cracked in 2 weeks running 19psi.

Paintball is like the tester for it really. They already gave him the wrong bolts.... im just waiting for his post telling us its cracked.

I tell you what. If this manifold stands upto the abuse he puts it through then i will tell everyone to get it.

 

the turbo is fine, i talked to extreme psi and they assured me that all thier mitsu turbos make that noise at first and have a little side to side shaft play, they said if i could push the shaft in and out, to send it back immeadiatly. They gave me a 1 year warenty just in case.

They are no signs of leaking yet. Nor are there signs of cracking. The bolts they sent me were 1.25 pitch and i needed 1.50 pitch. It has changed colors, the best way to describe the color is those gold/bronze rims that came on the WRX. If it doesnt leak or crack, $4.00 worth of bolts and it not being silvery any more is a small price to pay when you consider the savings. The DNP tubular stanless manifold is $470 this one was $135

Oh and if it stands up to my abuse for 1 month, i highly recommend this manfold.lol

 

Me too... in fact if it does i will consider one for myself.

 

i know a way to give it one hell of a test, but im pretty sure it would crack, go drive it really hard for 10 mins, then spray ice water on it.lol. im not that stupid tho
