Default Injectors

I've got a '99 GS with a star turbo kit running at approx 9psi. It's got the after market fool-the mass air sensor thingy, the upgraded fuel pressure regulator, head studs, an MSD ignition module, and MSD hi-perf coil and plug wires, along with some suspension mods.
I do have of course, a lean fuel problem, and I'm lookings for soultions with ECU management in either using the stock injectors or just 1 step up.
Can I get a decent richer situation with an ECU programmer (which programmers work the best?) on my stock injectors, or should I upgrade to bigger ones + an ECU tunner?
Also, I will be running a boost controller in the future.
Thanks in advance...

What kinda turbo comes in that kit? And is that all the mods that you have with it, is it intercooled (i hope so). Do you have a wideband that is telling you that it is lean. When does it run lean (idle, full boost, ect.)? sorry i know this is alot of questions, im just trying to find out what you need. As far as tuning goes. The Apex S-AFC II is really good for tuning A/F ratios. The problem is that you probably will need bigger injectors cuz im pretty sure that you will max the stock one out pretty quickly.

First thing... its spelled APEXi and your comment should say its really easy to tune AFRs because it is NOT a good tuning device it is only childs play. Its just easy to use.

Yes, it's intercooled, and I didn't mention the cat-back exhaust
