Default Injectors w/ mayo, please?

I looked at my injectors the other day and noticed a mayonaisse looking substance around the edges. Someone worked on my car a few months ago, and i havent really looked at the injectors so i dont know if thats some kind of lubrication to get them in or some sign of something really bad happening.
I just remember someone saying that they had mayo looking stuff on something, and there was something terrible wrong with their engine... i dunno.[&:]

On the injector? If you have oil and coolent on your injector then you have a serious porblem because thats like having a toe nail on your face. Oil is no where near the injectors. Its probally just some sort of lubercant to keep the orings from drying out.
