Default Its Stuck

Today I raced a stupiod little civic that was reving like crazy at me thinking he was "COOL" I rolled down my window and asked what he had.......He had a Fart Can and intake so I raced him....Long story short I won but the thing is when I shift from 1st to 2nd it gets stuck when i push the gas again for example: I shift at 5000rpm then push the gas then it stays at 5000rpm and sounds like its stuck and the needle even stays around that for like a seconed then goes back down like normal. Its like im pushing the gas while shifting....which im not. Any Ideas?

maybe your TB is getting stuck open. just take off the intake pipe or hose and w/ some carb cleaner whipe down the inside.

Could it be that the TB was due to be changed 10k ago lol?

Changed? I am talking about the throttle body, but if the timing belt needs to be replaced (which I am guessing you are talking about) it needs to be done ASAP if it is over due.

Iguessing its either the thottle cable or the trottle body. Also try and spray some wd40 on the trottle coil in the back. I used to have to do that im my old car

In the owners manuel im sure it says every 60k

Yea the timing belt is something to keep up on given these motors are interference
