Default Leaking from Convertable Top?

I just bought a 99 Spyder from a dealership and they told me it was leak proff and air tight. Well of course we had one rain storm and next thing i find out that next morning there are some lovley puddles on my seat. Well im thinking it is the weathering stripping but im just curious if anyone knows wat it might be? im having the dealership fix it since they lied to me or I am taking em to court so they are working on it now, im just curious if anyone else has had this problem and what it might be.
Thanks

Default RE: Leaking from Convertable Top?

I bought a 98 eclpise spyder a few months ago, but it hasn't been subjected to a rain storm yet. I hope it holds up. I do notice that when I am driving on the freeway though I can hear air leaking in. I hope thats not an indicator. Hope you get it fixed.
