When ever my car is at idle or lower rpms when i can hear it, there is a loud, fast tapping. I'd like to say valve tap. What can i do to fix it?

its not a valve tap its probly lifters... its nothing even my engine does it for like 5 secs on start up. Some do it constantly.. its nothing to worry about.

I read something on vfaq.com about it. mine does it most of the time...annoying as hell
