Dont buy anything unless you know thats what is causing the problem. If i was you i would check out the condition of it. IE shaft play and everything like that. Also i would check for a boost leak or something like that. Maybe you ended up with a nock off BOV??? There are LOADS of those going around ebay for like 30 bucks... i highly doubt they would be as good as the real thing.

 

do i have to get a new intake to connect my BOV and intake???can;t i just remove the thing from the intake and put a pipe/tube from teh BOV to intake

Start by your throttle body and follow your intercooler piping to your intercooler, then to your turbo and then to the intake. It could be coupler. I had the same problem.
