Default Metal on drain plug

Well im bored and remembered that when i drained my Transfer case and tranny a few weeks back (im doing a motor swap) there was some uhh "metal gunk" on the drain plugs. Best way to describe it is a bunch of little "grains/flakes" of metal and some oil on the plugs, not a ton. Anything to worry about or just let it be?

no, it makes a lil bit of a scraping noise going into 3rd tho, if im upshifting. It sounds like there is metal on each side of the shifter and it scrapes against it. I know there is no metal there but thats the kinda noise it makes for like a split second
