i'm trying to flush the coolant from my mom's 95 galant s....but can't seem to find the drain plug....right under the radiator i see a 2, what look like plugs, on both ends of the bottom of the radiator...are those the drain plugs? if so, how would i remove them?

hi i have worked on many cars in my life time and found it better to undo the bottom hose on the rad as the plugs sometimes sieze up and can break off hope this helps pete
