Default missfire

i have a misfire i have replaced the plugs wires coilpack fule filter checked my compression... everthing i can think of???? i need help

First you need to find the missing cylinder. With the engine running pull each spark plug wire one at a time when you find the one that the engine sound doesn't change when you pull it then that is the cylinder that is missing. Once you've found the cylinder that is missing take the spark plug out and put it in the wire now touch the end of the plug to bare metal and crank the engine to see if there actually is spark getting to the plug.
