Default n/t idle adjustment... how?

Im currently idling at 1500 rpms, and the book says the 750, give or take 50, is the average idle on the 420a. Is there anything I can do to adjust the idle? I was told cars after the late 80s cant have the idle adjusted, but I remember adjusting it in the 94 camry. So... can I do so in my RS?

cant you just loosen the bis screw. It should be where you can adjust the throttle by hand.I wish i had the pic. follow your throttle cable to the intake..where it rests you can adjust that screw. Sorry i cant be any more helpful.
