Default need answers quick, fuel cut/broken engine/air leak......

so my car is still "bucking" at a certain rpm well BEFORE redline...... i know that my boost is at 7, but im sure i have a leak somewhere because when i let my engine warm up, after a while of being left alone, the car is ICE COLD and starts to idle around 2500rpms and then Fluctuates til it gets to 1500 rpms, and it stops and slowly lowers itself to 1100/1200(it jumps sometimes).........but then i also found that the Hard piping i have for my SMIC, are NOT connected at all lol. the rubber cufflink things keep air from escaping, BUT the pipes dont touch like they were cut short............so maybe its fuel cut, or a leak...............or a broken engine..................anyone can help me out?

how do you know your boost is at 7psi? and that sounds kinda low, so i dont know hwo good your guage is reading. As long as the couplings are tight then no air should really be getting out and that shouldnt be a problem.
