all right well that 2.4 is going in no matter what. But i dont want to redo axles and transfer case and tranny yet. So i guess i will go for the most power i can, before i have to up grade that stuff. I like being able to take off fast. but i know once i graduate i will be on the highway alot more and i will want to have some top end. pretty much i am asking, will there be a power difference between the fp3065 at 20psi and the EvoIII 16at 20psi? i know the 16g will spool faster but the reviews i have read on the fp3065 guys have said that having the fp3065 at 14psi feels WAY faster than a 14b at 17psi.

i will start ordering parts soon and putting it together next school year. I cannot wait to get this thing in my car, i hope i can get the cash for the rear end, axles, transfer case, and tranny so i can do 35-40psi.

ORIGINAL: Sebba

Yes you can... 22max i think

Yet again i have seen one on stock internals reach 35psi.... although it blew up LOL....

I would set the safe max at 20-25
you talking about that red talon the blew on the dyno?

yeah me to. i guess well be doing almost the same set up so it will be help for the both of us and i read that guys are hitting round 25 psi at 3800 rpm on the 3065 but since your doing the 2.4l it will be sooner and it sepends on the mods you have

my plan is by the time im 20, this car will be one hell of a car. I plan on making that motor the best i can and still be street legal. i read reviews on that 3065 and 3052 and i havnt seen anything bad about them. every one says it feels like a whole new car and the power is amazing even at like 14-17psi
