ok on my gst i bought it from some one like you who likes the sound but in the long run its not worth it. if you are venting to atmosphere (vta) your car will run rich and in turn slow down. mine once i hit about 13 psi bam it runs leaner than anything and you just dont get the satisfaction as if it were recirculated. if you have a tuning device you can compensate for the running rich but it can damage your sensors by having to much fuel burning. we are just trying to help and make sure we dont have a ricer eclipse lol. good luck on whatever you decide to do. if i could i would replace my loud bov (blow off valve) for a recirucluating one in a heart beat.

Open up the hood when the car is running. You will be able to smell gas, that means the car is running rich(not good for performance) Buy a recirculation kit if you must keep the HKS or just get a greddy. I have a turbo xs h34 recirculated, works just fine except the 2g adaptor leaks a little. greddy type s is good to.

The recirculation kit, as Mike pointed out, isnt going to solve the problem. The BOV just doesnt suit the car

sell it, go to a junk yard and get a 1st gen bov and go to a hardware store for the rubber piping and some couplers or w/e you want to tighten the hose down, it sounds awesome trust me tahts wat i did for mine, oh you should prolly buy this if you wanna use it to unless you can cut and weld the needed part off the first gen to the second gen
