yeah it's cuz mitsu paint blows, that's all, and that car's been for sale for a while, the ricier looking one, i saw it a few months back , and how the hell is it running the type s into the atmosphere with no maf translator?
that first one was wicked clean,damn but doesn't say the mileage on it
as for the rebuilding it all depends on how it was treated, sum crap the bed at 90k miles others last over 200k like previously stated
and for the oxidation, instead of wasting money on getting a new paint job, which is uneccessary, just get it wet sanded and buffed. wet sanding gets rid of ur oxidation in the clear, cuz it's not in the paint, and the buffing is like slapping another layer of clear on there
