Default RE: over heating

Ha ha my a/c hasn't worked since I started doing upgrades. Believe I wish it did, i'm too lazy to charge it. So I wouldn't know if it overheats when its on or not. The fan doesn't even use the stock connectors, it came with its own thermostat and after a week of driving in $#!tty weather it shorted out. So now I have it hardwired to a switch until I can afford the GReddy fan controller. And the thing that really pisses me off is that when I put the new radiator in, I snapped a fin on the fan. Pulling 2500 CFM with a lop sided blade makes the car shake really bad. So bad that it makes my hand numb from holding the wheel. Thats the reason I don't want to have to use the fan. I just want my car to not overheat at idle. ANYWAY sorry for the rant. I appreciate the help guys, as always.

So, it's really not overheating at all then? Yes, it is overheating but only because you turn the fan off because the vibration irritates you while at idle?
Why don't you wire the fans up to the stock wiring? That way they turn on when the sensors "see" that it's getting hot and why don't you fix the broken leg? It's not a hard fix to rig up.

Honestly, that's not really a problem at all, that's normal. The broken leg is the real issue bud, fix it and your vibration at idle will be fixed along with you overheating while at idle.
You should have just told us that at the start.

I fixed the fan blade, but it is still being a pain. I just didn't think that that was normal. I had it wired up to the supplied thermostat, but that quickly died for some reason. I would love to wire it up to the stock fan switches, but I don't have the time to kill figuring out which wire is which. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? Thanks for your help guys.
