Need to know if there is any special procedure for bleeding power steering system on 95 eclipse. have replaced rack and tried a different pump(used pump) and still getting some whine from pump that sounds like air still in system. Have done traditional bleeding method several times but still getting some whine. Has gotten somewhat better? any suggestions.

 

Take the cap off, and turn the wheel lock to lock a few times.
