is it missing when your just idling, or is it when you put it under a load as well?

Possibly a bov leak or something?

Maybe a shorting coil?

vacuum leak, trace it, fix it, and your good to go... i just fixed the same problem on my mom's car... one of the lines got burnt through somehow, just replaced it
