Default rebuild kit what do I need?

I'm looking to rebuild my bottom end on my 1995 7 boltGS-T because a rod bearing is going out. I don'twant to do the 6 bolt swap because i'm selling the car and picking up aGSXonce I fix it, so please don't lecture me about 6 bolting it I knowt he advantages. I don't want a FWD DSM anymore so there is no reason in making it that platform. I'm just gonna drop the oil pan and install everything as long as my cylinder walls aren't screwed up which I assume they shouldn't be it still runs and drives. What sizes will I need i'm just rebuilding the stock bottom end nothing special. Do I go with all standard?

We offer the following sizes:
Pistons: Standard,.020, .040
Rod Bearings: Standard .010, .020
Main Bearings: Standard, .010, .020, .030
Same kit retails for over $700.00.
Ask Questions before buying.

yes you want standard, if you get oversized you wil have to pull the motor and take it to a machine shop to have the walls bored out.

boring doesn't cause headaches other than the task of pulling the block. boring out creates more displacement i.e. more power... now we aren't talking a whole lot of power but boring it out .003 or .004 over will give you 5-10'ish.

Yes its my DD I want to do whatever it is to where I don't have to pull the block and take it with a machine shop. I don't have any metal shavings in my oil and I stopped driving it at the first sign of the rod bearing making noise so I'm assuming everything is ok.

I would highly suggest you just pull the motor.Get it cleaned and balanced, aka the right way.I know it's not what you want to hear, but the way you're talking about it,will most likely lead to more headaches later.
