recommendations
alright, when i get on the gas on my 98 eclipse GST it seems like it boggs down then comes back up, like it's gasping for air. and i was wondering if it has to do with the fuel injectors and pump. I have stock for both and running and adverage of 13psi, and my mods are in my sig. I was just seeing what you guys think on recommendations on fuel injector size and fuel pump, i'm wanting to get at the end of modding to get consistantly above 300hp.
well if you are still running stock turbo i wouldn't say that's fuel cut but if you are planning on runnin above 300whp though i'd suggest upgrading it anyways a walbro 190 will do you plenty to get up to that number, as for injectors... 550's should be plenty i'd say along with a rrfpr. get a simple safcII and a street tune on a big16g and you should be there no problem.
it boggs noticable, sorta like it goes to motor then to turbo power then to motor, it only happens when it gets to the highier RPM's around 6k and beyond when i get on it. if i go up slow through the rev it dosen't happen.
