Default Remote Start question for manual transmission

I know that it is possible to bypass the clutch safety switch (not sure what exactly it is called on a eclipse) to allow for installing remote start on a 5-speed but is there a way to set it up so that the remote start wont work unless the shifter is in the neutral position?

im sure it must have to be wired in that way, otherwise it wouldnt be very safe, haha. I bet an install shop could tell you that one

i know it's wired so that the clutch has to be pushed in to start the car but it doest matter what position the shifter is in. I also know it is fairly easy to bypass the clutch switch. What I am wondering is if you can bypass the clutch but require that the shifter be in neutral to start the car.
