Well the thing about that is... Carfax only works if the people report that there was a problem or accident. If they dont, Carfax doesnt magicaly know.

gave them 30 day notice to provide me a clean and clear title with no clouds on it or deal is VOID!!!

This way it looks good in court if we have to go. that i gave him a notice.

An "R" title would show up on the CarFax. That would be reported.
