Default Sport Shift

Of course when buying a car for a women they want something pretty and dogmatic. Luckily ours is equiped with the sport shift, so I can have a little bit of fun. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with that and what their thoughts were. I drove it and kind of felt like the shift reactoin time was a little bit slow. I was also curious as to how much wear and tear that would put on the components, if used frequently enough. Last and final question. Say your driving it in the automatic setting can you drop into the sport shift mid cruise or do you have to start from a stop?

if you have the manual it should tell you all of that, I haven't driven cars with that equiped so I'm not sure. I don't see why you couldn't change mid drive though.
