Well, after struggle to turn my hand in ways its not suppose to turn, I got the bottomLine off. But it is a hard line, not a rubber hose.. At the end there are rubber gaskets. So I replaced that and put some sealer on the bolt and tightened them back up. Im going to test it to see if it holds the power steering fluid tomorrow. Ill keep everyone updated.
