Default Terrible Leak!

Hey -

I am having a terrible leak in my 1998 Eclipse hard top. Right now I have more than an inch of water on the drivers side floor (both front and back). I checked the doors and the windows - all dry. I checked the seal in the hatchback - dry too.

The back seat was so water logged that I took it out 2 months ago and have not bothered to put it back in again.

However, when I took the seat out, I was able to determine that the water is coming into the interior from under the divider that runs between the hatcj and the backseat. I am guessing that somehow water is getting stored in the body of the car, and when I hit the breaks, it flows into the car from where the rear seat is supposed to be.

Has anyone had this problem or heard of it. I really need to get this fixed before I have an inch thick ice rink under my petals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have never heard of this. Get it looked at, drained, and then siliconed to prevent it from happening again.

That really sucks.
